摘　　要：目的　探讨白内障术后眼内炎的病因及预防对策。方法　分析近年来所发生的 9例白内障术后眼内炎病例的临床资料。结果　 9例病人中有 4例局部分泌物培养出病原微生物 ,7例痊愈。结论　白内障术后眼内炎的发生与多种因素有关 ,其中与手术的关系密切。在预防对策上 。Objective To explore the risk factors and preventative measures of endophthalmitis after cataract surgery.Methods Analysing the clinical informations of the 9 cases with endophthalmitis Results Pathogenic organism were isolated from 4 out of the 9 cases.And 7 cases were recovered completely.Conclusions Endophthalmitis after cataract surgery is associated with too many factors and has colsed relation to operation.The proper medicine using within perioperation and the management of operating room are the key factors on the preventative measures.
