摘 要:目的 :分析近视眼后极部视网膜厚度改变与屈光度的关系。方法 :采用视网膜厚度分析仪 (retinalthicknessan alyzer,RTA)测定 4 8例 (91眼 )正常人和近视患者后极部视网膜厚度 ,研究其后极部不同区域视网膜厚度与屈光度的相关性。结果 :近视眼后极部视网膜平均厚度与屈光度明显相关 ,与性别、年龄无关。黄斑区与黄斑周围区视网膜厚度差异有显著性。随着近视屈光度增加 ,后极部视网膜明显变薄 ,其中黄斑周围区视网膜变薄较黄斑区更明显。正常组、低中度近视组之间后极部视网膜平均厚度差异无显著性 ,而他们与高度近视组之间差异有显著性。结论 :高度近视眼后极部视网膜较正常人、低度和中度近视眼明显变薄 ,其中以黄斑周围区更明显。Objective:To study the relationship between retinal thickness at the posterior pole and refractive error in myopia.Methods:RTA was used to measure the thickness at the posterior pole in 91 eyes of 48 persons with different refractive errors. The relationship between retinal thickness at the posterior pole and refractive error was studied.Results:There was no significant different between the mean retinal thickness at the posterior pole when comparing it to gender and age but there was a significant difference among persons with different refractive errors. With an increase in myopic refractive error,retinal thickness at the posterior pole decreased,especially in the peri foveal area. The mean retinal thickness at the posterior pole was not significantly different in middle and low myopia and emmetropia,but there was a significant difference when comparing high myopia to the other refractive states.Conclusion:RTA is an accurate,non invasive method for measuring retinal thickness. The mean retinal thickness at the posterior pole in high myopia,especially in the peri foveal area,was thinner than that for emmetropia and low and middle myopia. [
