摘　　要：　从生产线均衡性的概念出发,分析了实现生产线平衡的传统工业工程的基本手段和方法,揭示企业的"5S"活动和目视管理与均衡生产的关系,指出生产线平衡已成为企业生产流程设计及作业标准化的重要方法之一.Based on the concept of streamline balance, this paper analyses some principle methods of traditional industrial engineering, discusses the relations between '5S' activities, visual management and streamline balance. The fact that streamline balance has been one of the most important methods of process design and job standardization is pointed out at last.
