摘　　要：建议对技规第66条中以列车速度来确定两架不满足制动距离的信号机间的显示关系的方法进行修改,从条款、图解等各方面进行说明,并论证了其可行性和安全性。期望征求各种不同的意见。The paper suggests modifying the method of confirming display relations between two signals that cannot satisfy braking distance by using the train speed in Article 66 of the Technical Specifications. The descriptions are made from different aspects of terms and illustrations, etc. and the feasibility and security are also demonstrated. Comments from all around are expected.
