摘　　要：运用访谈和问卷调查法,对盐城市区中学课外体育锻炼的现状进行了调查与研究,较为准确地掌握了中学课外体育锻炼的真实情况,为全面贯彻《学校体育工作条例》、实施新的课程标准和学校体育教学工作的改革提供了有益的参考。By interviews and questionnaire, the writer carries out an investigation on the present state of the extra-curriculum sports exercises in middle schools in Yancheng, and offers reference for wholly implementing Sports Work Rules and Regulations, for following through on new course standard and for reforming the sports teaching work.
