摘　　要：目的探讨自固化磷酸钙充填剂及牙胶尖根管充填的临床效果。方法自固化磷酸钙充填糊剂根管内注入后加牙胶尖挤压。结果治疗70例中成功66例,3例有效,术后反应轻,治疗次数减少,明显优于对照组。结论该冲填糊剂应用范围广,操作简便,可以在临床上推广。Objective To explore the clinical outcome and effectiveness of solidified calcium phosphate filling and gutlu peneha points filing. Methods Tooth root Injected solidified calcium phosphate cataplasm tube, then pressed with gutta peneha points. Results There were 66 succssful cases among total 70 clinic operations, and 3 cases were effective with slight response after poeration. It could be concluded that the discussed approach used in less operation rate, and its advantages over the comparison part was obvious. Conclusion It is recommended that the filing used in this test could be broadly applied to clinical operation in the characteristic of easy-operation. 〔
