摘　　要：简要介绍了超临界流体技术的基础理论研究以及在化学工业、环境、食品、医药等中的应用概况,列举了这一技术 近年在国内的应用情况,以及超临界流体技术的发展趋势。This article introduces the basic theory of supercritical fluid and the application in chemistry industry,environment, foodstuff, medication and so on,enumerate the application of this technology in china.It introduces the development trend of supercritical fluid technology.
