鄱阳湖区黄鳝精子活力周年观察

摘　　要：对鄱阳湖区雄性黄鳝性腺中精子活力周年观察中发现黄鳝性腺中3月中旬至11月中旬均可见到活动精子;其中4月中旬至9月中旬的黄鳝精子激活后可见到作剧烈无序运动的精子,3月、10～11月的性腺中精子仅微微活动;其它时间未见活动精子。繁殖高峰期,初步研究不同浓度NaCl溶液对黄鳝新鲜精液活力的影响及精子的呼吸强度。实验结果表明,在浓度为0.1%～0.4%NaCl溶液中精子被激活,精子激活率以0.2%NaCl最高。在浓度为0.5%～0.7%NaCl溶液中精子活力被抑制,很少见剧烈运动精子。精液品质较佳的使美蓝显色剂褪色时间为30～35min,精液品质较差的精液使美蓝显色剂褪色时间较长。The result of an anniversary survey indicated that sperms were found in the testis of Monopterus during the period from March to November, the most active sperms were found in the period from April to September; other time no sperms were found. The testis activity of Monopterus varies obviously with seasonal cycle. During the prosperous period of reproduction of Monopterus,the effect of NaCl of different concentrations on sperm motility and breath infersity was studied. Activating effect was found at low dose (0.1%～0.4% NaCl), while inhibiting effect was found at high dose (0.5%～0.7% NaCl);the optimum activating concentration of NaCl is 0.2%. The colour of methylene blue faded out in the good quality seminal fluid in 30～35 min, while in the poor quality seminal fluid it a faded out in time longer than 35 min.
