摘  要:以美味猕猴桃和中华猕猴桃为原料,利用自行研制的均强高压静电场保鲜试验系统,并用调定场压的高压静电场对猕猴桃果实进行定时处理,然后放在常温下贮藏。贮藏过程中每隔1d用气相色谱法测定果实的乙烯释放速率,并与对照组作比较。试验结果表明:在同一时期处理果实的乙烯释放高峰比对照显著推迟或降低。In this study , Actinidia deliciosa and Actinidia.Chinensis were used as the experimental material , and were treated for proper time with definite even high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF)from the self-made high voltage electrostatic freshness-keeping test system made. Then the fruits were stored in the condition of normal temperature .During the storage , endogenous ethylene production rate was determined by gas chromatography every other day. And they were compared with CK, in the same term. The result showed: treated by HVEF ,the peak of endogenous ethylene production of the fruits was delayed and the value of the peak was much smaller than that of CK.
