摘 要:利用瞬态控制及测量系统,对增压中冷柴油机在瞬态工况下的烟度排放特性进行了试验研究.结果表明,恒转速变转矩瞬态工况中,在中低转速时,排气的烟度随着转矩变化率的增加而上升,这主要是由于涡轮增压器在低速时增压效果差及瞬时空燃比滞后所致.恒转矩变转速瞬态工况中,在中高负荷时,排气的烟度随着转速变化率的增加而上升,这主要是由于随着转速变化率的增加,空燃比相对于燃油喷射滞后严重所致.Smoke emission behaviors of a turbo charged after cooled diesel engine under transient operating conditions were investigated by transient measurement system. Results show that under constant speed increasing torque transient operating conditions, smoke emission increases with the growth of engine torque increasing rate, especially under low speed operating conditions. The main reasons are that under low speed transient operating conditions, the turbocharger's efficiency is low and the increase of air has a delay-time relative to fuel injection. Under constant torque increasing speed transient operating conditions, smoke emission is on the rise with the increase of engine speed increasing rate, especially under heavy load operating conditions, since the increasing of A/F has a delay-time relative to fuel injection.
