摘　　要：三级跳远技术由最初的自由式跳法发展到高跳型、由高跳型发展为平跳型 ,而现在又出现由平跳型向速度型方向发展的趋势。为此 ,首次提出速度型技术这一概念 ,这一技术目前还未引起人们的广泛注意。毫无疑问 。The triple jump technique has developed from the original free style to the high jump style, and from high jump style to the flat jump style. And now there appeared the tendency of that the flat jump style develops towards the direction of speed jump style. So the concept of speed jump style was put forward for the first time, but it has not been paid attention to extensively. Without question, at present, the speed jump style technique is the necessary development tendency of the triple jump technique in the world.
