摘　　要：本文针对如何加强高校设各经费使用的项目管理，提高其投资效益进行了探讨，并就项目管理的原则、内容等问题提出了一系列具体的建议和措施。This paer discussed how to strengthen the item managenent of eqnipment expenditure at colleges and universtities so as to increase investment retums. And some concrete suggestions and methods were presented on the principles and contents of item managenent.
