高校函授教学中存在的问题及其对策

摘　　要：本文通过对成人高教中自学考试与函授两种教学形式在办学主体间竞争状况 ,学生学习劲头 ,学生与辅导老师、学生与管理人员、教学管理人员与教师间的人际关系等方面的对比 ,揭示了函授教学中存在的问题及其原因 。In view of the competative states of two teaching types——self-education and correspondance education in the main body of education,this paper,based on the analyses of the relations between students and teachers,students and administrative personnel,teachers and administrative personnel,pointed out the probems and reasons existing in the correspondence teaching,and meanwhile,provide the correlated countermeasures.
