摘　　要：法国“现代混合经济体制”的成功在一定程度上应归功于政府对国有企业实行的分类管理。本文通过对我国国有经济现状的考察 ,论述了分类管理在我国国企改革中应用的必要性及其战略意义 。Based on the investigation of our state economical situation, this paper discussed the necessity and significance of the application of classification management in our state-own enterprises,and pointed out the difficult points and the relative countermeasures in performing it.
