摘　　要：竞技能力结构补偿途径研究的是运动员竞技能力结构功能形成的方式。运动员竞技能力结构作为一个远离平衡的开放系统，构成要素不断发生着变化。其变化的有序程度是由竞技能力结构中的敏感要素决定的。敏感要素的特征是能够有效地加强竞技能力系统的功能，并与外界进行物质、能量的交换。The purpose of the article is to study the forming way of structural function of athletic sports ability.The forming way of structural function, the present method of dominant ability and the relation of main composing components of athletic sports performance ability are analyzed and probed into through following methods: literature reference, case inquiry, analogy and gray method. The article showed that structural function for athletic sports performance could be concluded and realized through following means: unbalanced and balanced compensation, internal and external compensation, amplified and radioactive compensation .
