摘 要:内化教学和外化教学是体育课教学的两个方面 ,由于他们各有利弊 ,这才引出了教学中许多知识掌握程度和技能水平之间不平衡的问题 ,正确地看待内化教学和外化教学特征 ,采用他们相统一的一面 ,使隐性教学显性化 ,集中双方的优势 ,力求在同一课堂体育课中达到统一才是上好一堂体育课的关键。作者从内化教学和外化教学对学生素质的影响着手 ,分析了内化教学的利弊 。Externalization and internalization education is the two aspects of physical education. Each one has its advantage and disadvantage, which lead to the imbalance between the degree of knowledge grasped and the skill level. The key of giving a good class is that: we should firstly regard the characteristics of externalization and internalization education properly and adopt the united part of them, secondly cause the recessive education to be dominant education and ensure each advantage united in the one class of physical education. The authors analyze the effect of externalization and internalization education on student quality and the advantage of internalization education. Then they suggest that the unity and balance of them are the guarantee of completing the task of physical education.
