摘 要:本文叙述具有较高 X 射线吸收能力的邻苯二甲酸氢钾(KAP)单晶位错的 X 射线形貌衬度。根据(010)晶片中(001)、(201)、(200)和(111)晶面的 X 射线形貌实验结果,提供了位错直接象、衍衬条纹(或中间象)、动力学象和位错双象等衬度、形态以及变化规律。这些实验事实与从结构因子虚数部分所引起的吸收效应等有关理论的计标结果比较,相当满意地符合。The X-ray projection topographic contrasts of dislocations in thepotassium acid phthalate (KAP) crystal with higher X-ray absorption havebeen studied in the topic.The image contrasts of dislocations and their varia-tions in the direct image,interference fringes,dynamic image and the doubleimages of dislocations on the topographs diffracted respectively by (200),(001),(201) and (111)planes were obtained experimentally.The anomalousabsorption effects due to the imaging parts of the structure factors even underμ_1t_o=1 were taken to illustrate their contrast details.The results of show isin good agreement experimentally and theoretically computation.
