摘  要:本文以四硼酸铝钇钕(NYAB)晶体中位错等缺陷的分布、形态,结合该晶体的微观结构特征,讨论了缺陷与结构之间的关系,并简要探讨了缺陷的成因。The crystal of Nd_xY_(1-x)Al_3(BO_3)_4(NYAB) is a new self-frequency doubl-ing laser crystal with higher nonlinear coefficients,larger stimulated emissioncross-section and better physical chemistry properties.The crystal is one of theincongruent melting compounds which can only be grown in fluxed melts.Many efforts have been made to search for a good flux system for growingperfect crystals by the topped seeding method.Based on the structural features,the morphology of dislocations and other defects distributed in different facesof NYAB,the relationship between the structure and defects has been discussedbriefly.some proposats for improving crystal quality were given in the topic.
