摘  要:本文叙述有机物邻苯二甲酸氢钾(KAP)单晶中堆垛层错的 X 射线衍射形貌观测和鉴定结果。层错平面为(1(?)2),正常情况下,它不以自然面显露在单晶外围,当晶体沿正负α轴向的生长速率相差悬殊时,着陆在慢速生长轴端的一对不太发育的(1(?)1)和(11(?))锥面上将偶尔分别显露(1(?)2)和(1(?)2)及(12(?))和(11(?))平面,只有(1(?)2)平面才满足实验观测结果。层错矢量 R 为±1/3〔20(?)〕,恰好位于层错面上。同时简要讨论了松散结构(Open structure)对层错形成的作用。The stacking fault in the organic crystal of potassium acid phtha-late (KAP) has been observed by X-ray projection topography.The fault planeis parallel to (1(?)2),which used to be not emerged on those originally na-tural faces under normal growth conditions and only appears occasionallyon one of a pair of the lower developed pyramidal planes located at one endof the α-axis with lower growth velocity,say(1(?)2) and (1(?)2) on (1(?)1) aswell as (12(?)) and (11(?)) on (11(?)),when the growth rates at both ends of theα-axis show severely differences under certain growing conditions.Amongabove 4 newly developed planes on the originally natural faces of (1(?)1) and(11(?)),only the plane of (1(?)2) in its orientation is in good agreement withthe experimental observation.The fault vector R are±1/3[20(?)],being just in thecentral position of the empty spacings along the α-axis and much easier formolecules to displace in such an open structure.The effect of the open stru-cture on the faulted plane formation in the crystal was discussed.
