摘　　要：介绍了直11型主旋翼轴载荷测试的整个过程,包括测试要求、测试原理、测试设备和主要测试过程。从应变标定、应变片的选择、测点布置、布片位置和布片点数等几个方面对测试过程进行了较详细地概述。最后,给出了试验结果,并对结果进行了简要分析。可为直11相关部件强度鉴定(定型)提供参考。This paper introduces the whole process of load testing for a main rotor shaft,including the testing requirements,principle, devices and major processes.It detailes the several aspects of strain calibration,strain gauge selecting,ganging-point arrangement, and strain gauge positions and number of its points during the testing process. Finally, It gives the test results and their analysis so that they can be used to support the appropriate parts stress certification for the Z11 helicopter.
