摘  要:用真空热压液相烧结技术制备铸造WC/Ni基合金复合材料。研究了铸造WC的颗粒尺寸及体积分数对复合材料的二体磨料磨损性能的影响,并将它与高铬铸铁(Cr28)相比较。结果表明:随着铸造碳化钨颗粒尺寸和体积分数的增大,复合材料的耐磨性提高,且远高于高铬铸铁。Cast WC/Ni-based alloy composites were made by vacuum hot-pressing liquid sintering technology. The effect of different size and volume fraction of cast WC on the two-body abrasive wear properties of composites of Ni-baesd alloy reinforced with cast WC were studied and compared with high chromium cast iron (Cr28).The results show with the increasing of size and volume fraction of cast WC, the resistant-wear of cast WC/Ni-based alloy composites was higher, and much better than chromium cast iron.
