泰和乌骨鸡种蛋主要物理性状分析

摘　　要：对泰和乌骨鸡种蛋的主要物理性状指标如蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋的各组成部分在总蛋质量中所占的比例以及蛋的密度等进行分析.结果表明:蛋质量与蛋黄质量、蛋密度与蛋壳比例、蛋壳厚度与蛋壳比例之间的相关系数为强正相关,且相关关系极显著;蛋形指数与蛋壳厚度、蛋黄质量与蛋密度、蛋黄比例与蛋密度之间的相关系数为中等强度负相关,且相关关系显著.Major physical characters such as egg shape index,shell thickness,the proportion of each component of egg to total egg and density are analyzed for the breed eggs of Taihe silkies in this paper.The results show that the coefficients of correlation between egg mass and yolk mass,egg density and percentage of shell,shell thickness and percentage of shell are positive,and the correlativities are very prominent.The ones between egg shape index and shell thickness,yolk mass and egg density,percentage of yolk and egg density are middling negative correlative,and the correlativities are prominent.
