摘　　要：20世纪50年代中期以来,欧共体高教合作经历了蕴酿启动、大规模组织实施和迈 向一体化的艰辛发展历程,积累了丰富的经验教训,对我国高等教育应对WTO的挑战提供了 有价值的启示。Since the 1950s, the higher education cooperation in EC had undergone the phases of initiation, implementation and stepping towards integration. A lot of experiences and lessons have been produced in such a course of development that can be served as reference for Chinese higher education facing the challenges by the WTO.
