摘　　要：用过氧化氢氧化降解壳聚糖,研究了反应温度、反应时间和过氧化氢的用量对壳聚糖降解的影响,用凝胶渗透色谱法跟踪了壳聚糖降解过程中的分子量及其分布的变化。Hydrogen peroxide is used to depolymerize chitosan.The effect of reaction temperature,time and amount of hydrogen peroxide on the depolymerization of chitosan are investigated.The changes of molecular weight and molecular weight polydispersity in the process of chitosan hydrolysis are tracked by HPGPC.
