摘　　要：资本市场是生物技术产业发展的动力和催化剂,世界生物技术产业发展强国都在很大程度上得益于其资本市场的支持.在分析生物技术产业资本市场特点的基础上,研究辽宁省生物技术产业资本市场的现状,构建辽宁省生物技术产业的资本市场体系———对处于研究开发期阶段的企业以政府资金投入为主,对处于创业期、早期成长期和加速成长期的企业以引进风险投资为主,对处于稳定成长期和成熟期的企业以银行贷款、发行债券和上市融资为主.The capital market is the motivity and catalyzer to develop the bio-tech industry. Most of the countries which have advantage in developing the bio-tech industry depend on the support of the capital market to large extent. This article firstly analyzes the characteristics of the capital market of the bio-tech industry, then studies the status of it in Liaoning Province, and finally constructs a system in the stage of R&D, the capital should mainly comes from government input; in the early stage, the company should mainly depend on the venture capital; in the mature stage, the company can get capital from bank loan, issuing the bond or the stock.
