摘  要:根据普通高校培养学生的目标对体操教学中女生心理障碍产生的原因及对策进行了调查、问卷、实验等研究,旨在找出消除学生心理障碍的方法及适合学生学习的教学方式.结果表明,在体操教学中,采用鼓励法、情感转换法、表象练习法等方法是可行的,它对传统的教学方法有了进一步发展,不仅有利于学生在学习新知识的时候如何消除心理障碍,更进一步的是使学生掌握并提高运动技能,从中学会锻炼身体的方法,以利于终身体育.According to the teaching aim of the universities,investigation, questionnaire, tests and some other research are carried out of the psychological obstacles of female students in gymnastics teaching and the countermeasures. The article aims at finding out the methods to eliminate the students psychological obstacles and the suitable way of teaching. The results show that in gymnastics teaching it is feasible to adopt encouraging method,emotion-shifted method, the idea practice method which make improvements on the traditional teaching. The methods not only make research on how to eliminate the students' psychological obstacles in absorbing the new knowledge, but also make students grasp and improve their sports skills. The students can learn the ways of exercising to benefit their life-long physical education. The methods suit completely the characteristic of the general universities, more deeply stimulate the students' enthusiasm in learning and make the students have a better understanding of the study motive.
