摘 要:目的 研究紫外线照射不同次数对小鼠烫伤创面PCNA、CD34蛋白表达的影响。方法 35只清洁级SD小鼠 (18~2 0 g) ,随机分成 5组 :①正常皮肤组 (组Ⅰ ) ;②烫伤后 10d对照组 (组Ⅱ ) ;③紫外线照射 1次组 (组Ⅲ ) ;④紫外线照射 3次组(组Ⅳ ) ;⑤烫伤后 1d对照组 (组Ⅴ ) ;致组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ、组Ⅳ和组Ⅴ小鼠皮肤深Ⅱ度烫伤 ,然后用紫外线以不同次数照射组Ⅲ和组Ⅳ烫伤创面 ,用免疫组化法检测PCNA、CD34蛋白在各组小鼠皮肤中的表达水平。结果 组Ⅲ和组ⅣPCNA、CD34蛋白含量均明显增加 ,图像分析表明 :组Ⅰ、组ⅡPCNA、CD4蛋白水平与组Ⅲ和组Ⅳ之间相比有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;组Ⅲ与组Ⅳ之间也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 紫外线照射可促进小鼠烫伤创面PCNA、CD34表达 ,对创伤愈合有促进作用。且照射3次的效果优于照射 1次。Objective To study the effect of different duration of ultraviolet irradiation on the expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and CD34 in burn wounds in mice. Methods Thirty-five Kunming mice (18~20 g) were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal skin group(Ⅰ); 10 d after burn (control) (Ⅱ); ultraviolet irradiation once (Ⅲ); ultraviolet irradiation three times (Ⅳ); 1 d after burn (control) (Ⅴ). The deep Ⅱdegree burn wounds were artificially produced in the mice of groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ. Then different duration of ultraviolet irradiation was carried out on burn wounds in mice of groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ; The content of PCNA and CD34 were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results PCNA and CD34 in groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were greatly increased .Imaging analysis showed that there was significant difference between control group, groupⅣand Ⅴgroup(P<0.001). Conclusion Above findings show that ultraviolet irradiation can promote the expression of PCNA and CD34 in wound of mice.
