不同年龄结肠癌患者癌胚抗原水平的比较研究

摘　　要：目的　比较不同年龄组结肠癌患者与非肿瘤患者的癌胚抗原水平。方法　 10 5例结肠癌患者(肿瘤组 )及 10 5例非肿瘤患者 (非肿瘤对照组 )按年龄分组 ,比较 <6 0岁、6 0～ 6 9岁和≥ 70岁 3组癌胚抗原水平。结果　非肿瘤对照组中不同年龄组癌胚抗原水平阳性率无显著性差异 ,而在肿瘤组中不同年龄组癌胚抗原阳性率有显著性差异。结论　 >6 0岁 ,特别是 70岁以上老年结肠癌患者癌胚抗原水平明显增高。Objective To compare the level of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) of colon carcinoma patients and non tumor patients of different age.Methods 105 patients with colon carcinoma and 105 patients without colon carcinoma were divided into three groups(<60,60 69,≥70) in order to compare CEA level.Results There was no significant difference among three groups in the CEA level of the patients without colon carcinoma but there was significant difference in the CEA level of the patients with colon carcinoma.Conclusion The CEA level is significantly increased in patients >60,particularly in>70 years old.
