摘　　要：近几个世纪,由于经济的迅猛发展,资源与环境遭到过度的开采与破坏。20世纪五六十年代人们对传统发展观念开始反思,到90年代可持续发展的观念越来越受到重视。保护环境,实现经济与资源环境的协调发展,已经成为世界各国的共识。Resources and environment have been over exploited and destroyed in the near several centuries for the soaring economy development. In the 1950’s and 1960’s some people began to ruminate over the traditional development idea, and after 1990’s Sustainable Development Idea is paid more and more regard. Then it has been agreed by most countries to protect environment and realize the harmonious development of economy and environment.
