运用PCR检测猪圆环病毒的研究

摘　　要：设计和合成了一对引物,建立PCR反应,用于检测猪圆环病毒。结果表明,PCR对猪圆环病毒细胞毒,病毒基因克隆具有较好的特异性和灵敏性,提示用PCR试验检测猪圆环病毒是一种较好的方法。A pair of primers were designed and synthesized, and a PCR was established for detection of porcine circovirus.The result showed that the PCR was very specific and sensitive to porcine circovirus and the virus gene clone,indicating that it is a good method for detection of porcine circovirus.
