龟鹿二仙丹加味治疗乳腺癌化疗后骨髓抑制的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察龟鹿二仙丹加味对乳腺癌化疗后骨髓抑制的治疗作用。方法:将92例乳腺癌第1次化疗后的患者随机分为2组。治疗组62例,采用龟鹿二仙丹加味(药用生龟板、鹿角胶、阿胶、枸杞子、西洋参、沙参等)治疗;对照组30例,采用鲨肝醇治疗。2周为1疗程。主要观察全血分析中白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(BPC)等指标的变化及粒生素使用率。结果:治疗后治疗组WBC显著升高(P<0.01),对照组WBC也明显升高(P<0.05),但2组治疗后比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);2组BPC治疗后Hb均有升高,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前后Hb均无明显变化(P>0.05)。粒生素的使用治疗组有5例,使用率8.1％;对照组有12例,使用率40.0%。2组粒生素使用率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:龟鹿二仙丹加味能有效减轻及预防化疗后骨髓抑制。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Guilu Erxian Dan (GED) for bone marrow inhibition (BMI) in mammary cancer after chemotherapy. Methods: 92 cases of mammary cancer after lst chemotherapy were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (62 cases) was treated by GED (composed of Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, Colla Cornus Cervi, Colla Corii Asi ni, Fructus Lycii, Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and Radix Glehniae), and the control group (30 cases) was treated by batilol. Two weeks constituted a course of treatment , and WBC, hemoglobin and platelet of whole blood and the utilization rate of granulopoietin were observed. Results: After treatment, the WBC count was markedly increased in treatment group ( P < 0. 01) and control group (P < 0. 05), but the comparison between both groups showed very siginficant difference ( P < 0. 01). The blood platelet was increased in both groups after treatment as compared with before treatment ( P < 0.05) . The hemoglobin in both groups before and after treatment showed no marked change (P > 0. 05). In treatment group, granulopoietin is used in 5 cases, the utilization rate being 8. 1% and in control group 12 cases and 40. 0% respectively ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: GED can relieve and prevent the BMI effectively.
