甘露醇合剂治疗鼻咽癌放射性口腔炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨甘露醇合剂在治疗鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔炎的临床应用及临床效果。方法 :对 36例鼻咽癌放射性口腔炎患者随机分成治疗组 18例 (使用甘露醇合剂含服 )和对照组 18例 (采用复方硼砂溶液漱口 )。结果 :实验组和对照组治疗愈率比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ,总体有效率比较 ,P <0 .0 1,两组疗效有显著差异 ,实验组疗效优于对照组。结论 :甘露醇合剂治疗鼻咽癌放性口腔炎的方法简例、经济。Objective:To study the effect of treating radiation stomatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with mannitol injection mixture.Methods:36 patients with radiation stomatitis of naspoharyngela carcinoma were divided randomly into the experimental group (n=18) and the controlled group (n=18). Mannitol injection mixture was used in the experimental group and compound borax solution was used in the control group.Results:The differences of the cure ratio and the general effect ratio between the two groups are significant (P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively). The defferences are significant.Conclusion:The effect of experimental group is better than the control group. Treating radiation stomatitis with mannitol injection mixture is a simple, economical and effective method.
