高血压脑出血早期高压氧康复治疗的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察高血压脑出血早期患者高压氧康复治疗的可行性及疗效。方法:患者入院后对照组(34例)采用常规药物治疗,康复组(35例)在常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗。观察两组治疗前,后3周、6个月脑出血病损评分(SIAS)肢体运动积分情况。结果:康复组患者治疗后3、6个月SIAS肢体运动积分较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05),下肢改善尤为显著(P<0.01)。结论:对高血压脑出血早期患者采用高压氧康复治疗不仅可行,而且疗效优于对照组。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygenation therapy in patients with hypertension complicated cerebral hemorrhage early. Methods: A total of 69 patients with hypertension complicated cerebral hemorrhage early were divided into rehab group (35 cases) and control group (34 cases). The patients of control group receipted routine therapy. The patients of rehab receipted routine therapy and hyperbaric oxygenation therapy. Accumulated points of limbs of SIAS (stroke impairment assessment set) were evaluated. Results: Accumulated points of limbs of SIAS of rehab group improved more than those of control group (P<0. 05) , especially the accumulated points of lower limbs improved much more (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygenation therapy not only is feasibility, but its therapeutic effect is more than that of control patients in patients with hypertension complicated cerebral hemorrhage early.
