摘 要:介绍了一种制备破壁灵芝孢子粉的新方法。此方法在现有撞击流技术的基础上,引入超临界流体作为撞击流技术应用的工作流体,对现有撞击流技术作了改进,使得该项技术可以应用于超高压领域。由此,提出了超高压超临界撞击流技术的概念。将此技术应用于灵芝孢子粉的破壁研究,并研制开发了一套新的实验系统,此系统具有操作简便,效率高,产品纯度高等特点。初步研究结果表明,灵芝孢子有效破壁率达75%。A new method for preparing sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spores was put forward in this paper. Based on the theory of impinging streams technology, supercritical fluid was used as working fluid in this method, so the impinging streams technology can be used in the hyper high pressure field. Combined with the properties of supercritical fluid technology, a new concept, hyper high pressure supercritical impinging streams technology, was given in this paper. A test system using this method to prepare sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spores was made. This method is proven to be efficient and easy operated. Purity of products made by this method is high. Initial researches show that the sporoderm-broken ratio is 75%.
