摘　　要：论述图书馆员职业素养3要素,勾勒图书馆员职业素养的逻辑结构图,以期为图书馆员职业道德、职业智能准确定位。在此基础上,论述图书馆员职业道德与职业智能的双向互动关系,认为职业道德对职业智能具有促进作用,职业智能则对职业道德具有反作用。由此,构建其互动关系模型。In this paper, 3 essential factors of professional accomplishment of a librarian are discussed, and the logic diagram of the professional accomplishment of a librarian is outlined, and accordingly the professional ethics and professional brainpower of a librarian could be correctly evaluated by rule and line. Based on these studies, the interrelation between the professional ethics and the professional brainpower of a librarian is related, and a model of the interrelation is built.
