摘　　要：本文从流行语评选的需要出发 ,首先对“流行”做了界定 ,并从语言学研究的角度对流行语做了较为细致的分析 ;同时 ,借助计算机技术、中文信息处理技术和语料库技术 ,对一些大众已经认同的流行语的最高频度、最大散布度、最大流通度、大致流行周期和基本特点做了统计分析 ,为合理筛选、客观评定流行语提供了比较可靠的依据。This paper first discusses the measurement of the popularity of words and phrases and then makes a detailed linguistic analysis of the popular words and phrases. It also analyses the maximal values of ten popular words and phrases about their frequency, distribution, circulation, duration of popularity and basic characters with the help of computer, corpus and Chinese information processing technologies. The study is expected to provide reliable and objective criteria for the selection and confirmation of popular words and phrases.
