摘　　要：转换企业经营机制的关键,在于理顺国有企业内部的产权关系,本文对产权与产权管理体制,完善产权管理体制的思路,法人产权及其表现形式进行了一些探讨,为明确企业产权关系,实现国有企业资产的保值增值提供了依据。The key to transform the managerial mechanism of enterprises lies in regurating the relation of the internal property rights in state-owned enterprises. This paper discussed some problems including the property rights and its managerial system, the ways of perfecting property management system, and the corporate property rights as well as its behavioral expression. It also provides scientific basis for clarifying the relation of property rights of enterprises and realizing the value insured and increased of assets in state-ownedassets enterprises.
