摘　　要：文章从建设城市应急救援系统的必要性出发,归纳了三十多年来应急系统的应用和技术的发展,提出根据我国系统发展的特点选择重特大事件处理模式,更适合我国应急系统建设需求的想法,供各大、特大城市建设应急救援系统时参考。This article summarizes the application and technology development of the emergency sys- tem over thirty years from the necessity of establishing urban emergency rescue system.It suggests the fateful event processing mode should be more suitable to the demand of our nation's emergency system establishment according to the features of our nation's system development,and which provides a reference for establishing emergency rescue system for large or super cities.
