摘 要:考察Mo2V1M0.5Ox(M=Co,Zr,Nb,Bi,Ni,Fe,Mn,Al,Sb,P,Nd,Te)系列催化剂的丙烷氧化脱氢性能,其中,添加Co的催化剂表现出较好的催化活性和丙烯选择性.对催化剂的BET,XRD,H2 TPR和NH3 TPD表征结果表明,Co元素的添加,改变了催化剂的物相组成,氧化还原性和酸碱性质,从而提高了Mo2V1Co0.5Ox 催化剂的丙烷氧化脱氢性能.The oxidation dehydrogenation of propane over Mo-V-O catalyst promoted with M(M=Co,Zr,Nb,Bi,Ni,Fe,Mn,Al,Sb,P,Nd,Te)was studied.Due to high catalytic activity and selectivity to propene over Mo_2V_1Co_(0.5)O_x catalyst,a detailed study on the promotion affect of Co on Mo-V mixed oxide catalyst in the oxidation dehydrogenation of propane to propene was performed.In order to establish the relationship between the catalytic performance and properties,the properties of Mo_2V_1O_x and Co-doped Mo_2V_1O_x catalysts have been comparatively characterized by BET,XRD,H_2-TPR and NH_3-TPD.Results of XRD characterization showed that Mo_2V_1O_x catalyst was composed of Mo_6V_9O_(40) and MoO_3,while Mo_2V_1Co_(0.5)O_x catalyst was composed of Mo_4V_6O_(25) and CoMoO_4.These changes in structures and thus the improvement in reducibility of MoPO/SiO_2 catalyst may be responsible for the increase in propane conversion.On the other hand, the NH_3-TPD results showed that the acid sites on the surface of Mo_2V_1O_x sample were stronger than those on Co-doped sample.These changes in acid-basic properties facilitate desorption of propene,preventing its further oxidation on the surface to CO_x.Such modification improved the catalytic performance of the catalyst in the oxidation dehydrogenation of propane to propene.
