摘  要:目的 建立一种能科学地比较两种神经营养因子 (NTFs)作用的新型再生小室。方法 在自行研制的梭形双通道桥接管内加入几丁糖凝胶 (MCG) ,建立再生小室 ,桥接大鼠坐骨神经 10mm缺损 ,术后 3~ 2 0周用HE染色观察小室周围组织形态结构 ,电镜观察小室内的神经再生情况。结果 术后 3周MCG完全降解。再生神经出现芽状再生 ,术后 12周通过缺损区。且新型再生小室无变形、裂开 ,周围由膜状组织包裹 ,HE染色见炎性细胞及成纤维细胞较传统再生小室明显减少 ,两支管内再生神经超微结构无明显差异。结论 用该新型再生小室比较两种NTFs的作用具有科学性和可行性。Objective To create a new cabin for scientifically comparing the effects of two kinds of neurotrophic factors (NTFs).Methods A new cabin was created by injection of 200 μl of medical chitin gel (MCG) into a new fusiform double channel nerve conduit (FDCNC) and compared with the traditional cabin for nerve regeneration.10 mm gap of sciatic nerve in Sprague Dawley rats were bridged with the new cabin.From 3 to 20 weeks,the peripheral tissue of two kinds of cabin were observed and stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin (HE) in order to evaluate their immunogenicity and tissue compatibility.Results Three weeks after operation,MCG was totally degraded and the nerve was spouting and at 12th postoperative week,the regenerative nerve bridged the sciatic nerve defect.There were not any deformation,breakdown in the both cabins,and the new cabin was mainly encapsulated by membrane tissue in which HE staining demonstrated that there were less fibroblast cells and macrophages,and there were no significant differences in the regenerative nerve fibres between the two branches of the new cabin.Conclusion The new cabin can be used to scientifically compare the difference of two kinds of NTFs.
