摘　　要：目的 探讨survivin和p53蛋白在子宫内膜样腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法 通过免疫组化SP法检测49 例子宫内膜样腺癌石腊标本的survivin和p53蛋白表达。结果 子宫内膜样腺癌组和对照组survivin表达率分别为96％和 2.9％(P<0.01)。p53蛋白在对照组无表达,在子宫内膜样腺癌组13例表达阳性(26.5％),p53阳性率及表达强度与细胞 分化不良相关。结论 survivin表达与子宫内膜样腺癌发生有关,p53过表达提示细胞的恶性程度高和预后不良。Objective To investigate the roles of survivin and p53 proteins in the genesis and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining were used for detection of survivin and p53 expressin in paraffin sections in 49 diagnosed as endometrioid adenocarcinoma pathologically. Results 96%(47/49) of the cases were survivin positive in endometrioid adenocarcinoma compared with 2. 9%(l/35) in control(P< 0. 01 ). 26. 5% (13/49) of endometrioid adenocarcinoma had positive stained, compared to controls, that were totally negative and the expression intensity of p53 was correlated with poorly differentiated cells. Conclusions Expression of survivin is related to the carcinogenesis and overexpression of p53 indicates poor differentiation of carcinomous cells and prognosis in endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
