摘　　要：医疗器械是与医学理论和治疗技术同步发展的,但在中医文献中,对医疗器械的专论不多本文据“九针十二原”与“九针论”两篇经文对九针的论述,将九针的形态、大小、功能、主治等进行比较,并结合《内经》记载的几种手术进行探讨,结论表明,古人所说的九针,既不仅限于针灸针,也不限于九种,而是对百代多种医疗器械的总称。Medical instruments had been developed with theory and iatrotechnique,but there are not much special subjects about medical instruments in classics of traditional Chinese medicine.The author analyzes the exposition on size,function,shape of nine kinds of needles in 《Nine Needles arid Twelve Yuan》 and 《On Nine Needle》,and compared with some operations in 《The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic》.The author considers that nine kinds of needles in ancient books not only confined to nine kinds of needles for acupuncture but a general name of various medical instruments.
