螺旋推簧在解除磨牙远中中的应用

摘　　要：目的　介绍一种矫正后牙远中和前牙深覆的方法。方法　选择上颌正常、下颌后缩的安氏Ⅱ类错患者 ,非拔牙矫治 ,用Ⅱ类牵引配合下颌尖牙与第一双尖牙之间及第二双尖牙与第一恒磨牙之间分步放置螺旋推簧解除后牙远中及前牙深覆。结果　所选病例后牙远中和前牙深覆得到了矫正。结论　配合推簧矫治Ⅱ类错效果满意。Objective The design is to make all of the lower teeth mesial displacement for correcting posterior disto-occlusion and anterior excessive overjet.Method The sample consisted of patients with normality of maxilla and retrognathic mandible.The case does not need extraction and has passed growth spurt.It introduced a method to correct posterior disto-occlusion and anterior deep overjet by placing coil pushing springs between the lower first premolar and canine,the lower second premolar and the first molar step by step.Results It showed promising results after the orthodontic treatment.
