摘　　要：目的　本文通过探讨对下颌后缩型Ⅱ类错的两期治疗 ,提出早期阻断矫治的重要性 ,以及第二期治疗的必要性。方法　 2 1例下颌后缩型Ⅱ类错病例 ,年龄 - 14岁平均 10 8岁 ,男 8例 ,女 13例 ,全部病例第一期用Twiubloc型功能矫正器矫正骨骼的矢状关系 ,时间 6个月 ,然后在恒牙初期用固定矫正对牙位、咬关系作精细调整、全部病例均取得十分良好的效果。结果　对于下颌后缩型Ⅱ类错 ,应在替牙期侧切牙萌出后即进行第一期治疗 ,该期的目标是纠正骨骼矢状关系不调 ,创造良好的生长环境 ,该期采用Twinbloc型功能矫正器效果好 ,易为病人接受 ,易于推广。第二期矫治在恒牙期后 ,应用固定矫正器 ,发挥其高效能作用 ,对牙位及咬关系作精细调整 ,使矫治效果达到先进水平。Objective This study was to discuss two phase treatment of Angle's class Ⅱ with retrusive mandible.Method The sample consisted of 21 class Ⅱ children with retrusive mandible,8 males,13 females with a mean age of 10. 8 years.The first phase treatment was Twinblock functional therapy to correct skeletal relationship.Then, the second phase was aligment of the teeth and correction of the occlusion exactly at the permanent dentition.Results It should begin to treat the malocclusion at the early mixed dentition after the upper lateral incisor eruption.The aim of this phase treatment was to creat a good environment for the mandible growth. Twinblock are easy acceptable by the patients.At the permanent dentition it should be using fixd appliance to align individual tooth and correct the interdigitation exactly.Conclusion: Two phase treatment of class Ⅱ malocclusion with retrusive mandible was recommended.
