直丝弓技术结合小平导矫治成年深覆

摘　　要：目的　为探讨打开成年前牙深覆的有效方法。方法　对 2 5例Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°前牙深覆患者使用直丝弓矫正器和小平板联合进行治疗研究。结果　与单纯直丝弓矫正器相比 ,其打开咬合较快且时间短 ,至正常时 ,Ⅱ°深覆者平均 3 1± 1 2个月 ,Ⅲ°深覆者平均 4 6± 1 4个月 ,两者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　直丝弓技术和小平板联合矫治前牙深覆病例是一种有效的方法 ,值得推广应用。Objective To Study an effective method in reduction of deep overbite.Method 25 cases with Ⅲ deep overbite were treated by using the straight wire appliance together with bite plate.Results It Showed that with the use of this method,treatment time to peduse deep overbite was significantly an short (with on average for Ⅱ-degree 3 1±1 2 months, on average 4.6±1.4 months Ⅲ-degree) for than overbite single straight wire overbite apliance (P< 0.05 ).Conclusion It is an that with effective method to rednce overbite wyth the ude of straight wire appliance and bite plate .
