自体LAK细胞治疗血液病肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：应用自体 LAK 细胞治疗14例白血病及血液病肿瘤,其中3例 M_3中2例 CR,1例延长了化疗间歇期,3例 MM 中1例 PR、2例无效,1例慢粒急淋变者 CR,2例淋巴瘤,3例慢粒,淋一粒混合型及 ALL 各1例均未奏效。输注安全,无明显严重副作用。The curative effect of autologous LAK—cell in 14 cases of leukemia and other hemato- logical malignancies are reported.Among them,2 of the 3 AML(M3)patients and one CML —ALL patient got complete remission(CR),one of the three multiple myeloma patients got partial remissiom(PR),and one AML(M_3)patient got the extension of chemotherapy in- terval.The rest nine patients showed no response to the treatment.The metbod is safe,and there is no evident severe side effect.
