白血病和淋巴瘤患者血清铜氧化酶测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：81例白血病和淋巴瘤患者血清铜氧化酶的活性被检测,结果显示急性白血病,慢性白血病及恶性淋巴瘤患者血清铜氧化酶活性均高于正常(P<0.05～0.001);急性白血病患者,急非淋与急淋之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),提示血清铜氧化酶活性的改变,对急性白血病类型无判别意义;急性白血病患者初治和复发患者治疗前明显高于正常,而经治疗缓解后下降,提示血清铜氧化酶活性的改变对于观察急性白血病的疗效有一定的临床意义。The activity of copper oxidase in the serum was detected for the 81 patients with leukemia and lymphoma.The results showed that the activity was signifficautly higher(p<0.05～0.001)in the patients with acute leukemia,chronic leukemia and malignant lymphoma than that of the controls,no statistical differences between the patients with acute leukemia,acute nonlymphoma and patients with acute lymphoma.This indicats that the change of the activity can not tell from types of acute leukemia.But the activity was found to be higher in the patients of first visit for acute leukemia and of relapse leukemia pre—therapy than that of the controls,but decreased after remission.This also indicates that the observation of curative effect in the clinic can be provided with the change of the activity of copper oxidase in the serum
