摘　　要：女性教育与女性的未来紧密地联系在一起,它是女性"建设未来的资本",是女性"走向社会的通行证"。1995年的世界妇女大会将妇女教育定位为"仅次于消除贫困的第二大行动目标"以及"一种从深层次改变妇女命运的事业"。发展女性教育,开发女性人力资源,也是中国西部大开发的重要课题。The education for the women, which is regarded as their 'future capital' and 'passport to the society', is closely related to the women's future. The World Conference on Women held in 1995 regarded the education for the women both as the key goal second only to their poverty-eradication and a great cause for changing their fate. Thus, the education for the women and the exploitation of the resources of the female talent are closely related to the economic development of west China.
