摘　　要：目的　探讨护士长夜查房记录、统计管理的做法。方法　应用Excel进行检查表格的设计、统计归类、结果比较。结果　提高了工作效率及统计准确性、记录表整洁清晰 ,图表比较更直观 ,为医院各级管理者提供了科学、快捷、准确的信息。结论　计算机技术介入护理管理使护理管理文书工作向科学化迈进 ,Excel操作简单易学 ,是护理管理者必须掌握的技能。Objective Discuss the method of statistic management, as well as the records from the Head Nurse while checking the night duty. Method Use Excel to design the form of checking, ranging the statistics, and comparing the result. Result Improve the work efficiency and accuracy. It can also make the checking form tidiness, clarity and make the form more intuitionistic. It provides with the most update ,scientific and accuracy information for all different level leaders from the hospital. Conclusion Making good use of computer technology to the management of nursing is the beginning of managing the nursing procedures with scientific technology. It’s very easy to learn and master Excel, and it should be a must for the management of nursing.
