半胱胺对鸡十二指肠和脾脏中白细胞介素-2含量的影响

摘　　要：在口服 2种剂量生长抑素耗竭剂半胱胺 (CS- 组、CS- 组口服剂量分别为 2 0、80 mg/ kg)的基础上 ,应用新城疫弱毒疫苗对鸡进行消化道粘膜免疫 ,采用放射性免疫分析法测定了鸡十二指肠和脾脏中白细胞介素 - 2 (IL- 2 )的含量。结果表明 ,应用半胱胺首免后 3周 ,CS- 组十二指肠和脾脏中 IL - 2的含量比仅用新城疫弱毒疫苗免疫组显著增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;CS- 组十二指肠中 IL- 2含量比仅用新城疫弱毒疫苗免疫组极显著增加 (P<0 .0 1) ;首免后 4周 ,CS- 组脾脏中 IL- 2含量比仅用新城疫弱毒疫苗免疫组显著增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;在十二指肠 CS- 组和 CS- 组 IL- 2含量比仅用新城疫弱毒疫苗免疫组均显著增加 (P<0 .0 5 )。由此可推测 ,生长抑素可抑制十二指肠和脾中 IL- 2的释放。应用生长抑素耗竭剂半胱胺可以促进十二指肠粘膜和脾脏中 IL- 2的释放 。Broilers were immunized with Newcastle disease(ND) attenuated vaccine by digestive way after being fed by two doses(20 mg/kg,80 mg/kg) of cysteamine(CS-Ⅰ and CS-Ⅱ) and the IL-2 level was measured by radioimmune assay(RIA).The results showed the IL-2 level in the spleen and duodenum of CS-Ⅰ group increased significantly(P<0.05) as compared to the immunization group alone.The IL-2 level in duodenum of CS-Ⅱ group also increased significantly(P<0.01).Comparing to the group immunized only with Newcastle disease attenuated vaccine at 4 week,the IL-2 level in the spleen of CS-Ⅰ group increased significantly(P<0.05).The IL-2 level in the duodenum of CS-Ⅰ group and CS-Ⅱ group also increased significantly(P<0.05).The results showed that the cysteamine may be used to deplet the somatostatin,promote the release of IL-2 and enhance the cellular immune function in mucosa.
